Slight haze under a straw colored head of foam which quickly dissipates into a thin broken layer.
Freshly husked grains, whole grain crackers, fields of green grass, and French and Italian bread.
Medium-light weight with a weak flavor profile of lemongrass, lemon-lime oils, grains, and dried herbs.
Marketed as an upper-crust luxury example of a Belgian Witbier (Belgian White), but it unfortunately falls far short of anything luxurious or Belgian Wit. Sadly another disappointing tasting experience from the Damm brewery out of Barcelona Spain.
